Considering the alternative (AIR AEROBICS), water aerobics sounds pretty hard.

so it's harder to do aerobics with no resistance?
Shut your whole mouth when you're talking about Mighty Dyckerson.

I will not even do an aerobic exercise at all, but I do enjoy anaerobic exercises.

Seems ironic, doesn't it? But every water aerobics instructor I've ever seen was fat. We have THREE of them at my gym's pool, all fat. The regular aerobics instructors are twigs.

Sure, it would be harder to do aerobics in the water if they were doing the same exercise as real aerobics. But they aren't. They're just bobbing around like buoys.

Besides that, the water "aerobics" participants whine that the 82 degree water is too cold. For the swimmers in the pool (the people doing real exercise), that temperature is too warm, bordering on dangerous. If the "aerobics" buoys think that water is too cold, there's no possible way they're doing any exercise.

Water aerobics is one of the last forms of exercise before death. The end of the exercise life cycle usually looks something like this...

                        aerobics
                        speed walking
                        walking
                        walking slower
                        chair exercises
                        water aerobics
                        death

That's why you see so many blue hairs doing it. That's also why there are so many funeral parlors near swimming pools.

Why? Is the water too cold for you?

Maybe they need some of those Cocoons at the bottom of their pools...
