-As if the rain wasnt enough, it could even mix with more rain!!! That changes everything....(see below)

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL
OHIO...NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST OHIO.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SOME SNOW WILL BE DEVELOPING TONIGHT WITH SOME ACCUMULATION. THE RAIN COULD EVEN MIX WITH RAIN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

Maybe it's because you're still a student forecaster, but I clearly recall learning the 6th Law of Thermodynamics in Atmo 521 my senior year. This Law as you will one day learn, clearly states no weather phenomenon is more dangerous due to its latent energy reserves than when liquid hydrogen dioxide mixes with rain. Therefore, I commend this NWS Office for being so astute in their HWO.
