Default Gotta give a thumbs up to the RNC officials for this:

Tampa, Florida (CNN) – Two people were removed from the Republican National Convention Tuesday after they threw nuts at an African-American CNN camera operator and said, “This is how we feed animals.”

Multiple witnesses observed the exchange and RNC security and police immediately removed the two people from the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

Full Story

Quick action to remove the problem. Good job to all involved (except the two racists who were kicked out.)

Considering the interminable gauntlet of security, it's amazing the assailants were able to smuggle in their nuts...

(ducking even before writing this) Must've been the classic-Republican-unflattering-pleated-pants gambit.

Assuming the assailants will "excuse" their behavior as a commentary on the Lamestream Media while remaining blissfully unaware that their actions were a) stupid and b) racially freighted due to the enthicity of the camera operator.

There's no excuse for this type of behavior. I'm surprised they didn't throw their tea bags at the cam op.

Considering we don't know their names or anything else about them other than they were at the convention, any assumptions concerning their political affiliation would be premature.

Why are you surprised? Do members of the T.E.A. party have a reputation of throwing actual tea bags at people?

No, but they do have a reputation for racist acts like the one done to the camera person. Of course I'm only referring to those stupid idiots in Mississippi who likely also start Facebook pages and then use it to sell t-shirts and such.

It's possible these nutjobs (sorry) were not Republican. But considering that security around the convention is pretty tight, I would have to say it's in the realm of possibility. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry.

Both parties require gallery attendees to get tickets in advance from their respective National Committees. So whomever these two people are, they had to be credentialed by the RNC as either delegates, party officials, staff/workers, gallery attendees or media. One cannot just wander in to the convention hall - of either party.

I'm sure Republicans put those two on a long train ride.

They'll be joining George Bush, Sarah Palin, Todd Akin, and Dick Cheney.

Seriously, if I got a buck for every time in the past three days I've heard just three words - "lamestreammedia," "values," and "Obama" (In about nine different variations) - I could almost pay off my bar tab...

Oh. My. Goodness.

Gov. Mitt Romney's campaign toasted its top donors Wednesday aboard a 150-foot yacht flying the flag of the Cayman Islands.

The floating party, hosted by a Florida developer on his yacht "Cracker Bay,"

Where the hell is Mighty Dyck? Only he could derail this stupid partisan bickering threat that grew out of a post by A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT saying nice things about the RNC.

By all means... elaborate on those acts. Date? Time? Location?

There was a protestor led out last night during the Ryan speech (which was awesome) so I think there is a good chance neither of these people were there legitimately and did this to try and get exactly what happened to happen. Get people to think these folks are all racist. The Chicago machine in full mode.

Blame it on Obama?

"what happened to happen"?

Ryan's speech was...awesome?

Repubs are interesting. That's for sure.

Thank you Rat... although, I'm not sure you derailed... just slowed it for a moment. You'll notice the Medialine Morons are still hard at work.

(By the way, how'd your Giants do against the Skins last season? They most have hammered my Skins, right. Afterall the Skins had a terrible record last year. So please refresh my memory.)

The Giants only win the games that matter. Like playoffs and Super Bowls and such. Not that a Redskins fan would remember anything about what that's like.

Do you have proof of any ties to any so-called "Chicago machine"?
