Last night on "Hannity without that lib'ral jerk," Hannity actually devoted a segment to deride the president for ordering a hamburger without ketchup, instead requesting a spicy mustard or Dijon mustard if the restaurant had it. Seriously? What if the man just doesn't like ketchup? So what? He referred to the president ordering a "fancy hamburger" and played the 80's commercial for Grey Poupon -- as if this makes the president a horrible person. Just incredibly, incredibly sad.

I think it's sad people watch Hannity then get outraged about watching it.

It's pretty clear cut Hannity doesn't like anything about Obama. Then you can flip it to Olbermann so he can tell you why he hates Dick Cheney.

If that's the best Hannity can come up with, it's an interesting barometer of the Administration's accomplishments.

For the record, the only reason I saw the segment is because one of the TVs at the gym was tuned to FNC.

I'm picturing Martin Short impersonating Kate Hepburn (or was it Hepburn's forgotten sister?) as a hot dog peddler.

"Are you a mustard man?"

obama... hates ketchup... and Cheney thinks we should continue to torture people.

apples and oranges?

cheney is a terrorist frankly. he should be placed in jail, or waterboarded... since it's not torture.

And if Obama had asked for Grey Poupon, Hannity would have called him an elitist or something.

No, not really...it's not so much why they hate the guy as much as they just hate the guy.

I was busy a few days ago and missed most of this hamburger business. Can someone explain to me in a non-partisan way why the president eating lunch was on the news?

I wish I could explain it...but I am biased towards ketchup.

I'm sick of the controlled media.

Media that conservatives say is controlled by liberals and liberals say is controlled by conservatives.

And populists that say three guys in Europe with a secret handshake and a Yiddish accent control both conservatives and liberals.

Bottom line: a lot of differing opinions out there and some folks who still try to show both sides.Welcome to America.

Code for "uppity hamburger."

Which is a far cry from the "welfare burger" on white bread with green peppers in it, as glorfied by Eddie Murphy.

I don't really care what the President has for lunch as long as it doesn't give him indigestion or whatever. I also don't think it's newsworthy every time the President goes to lunch. Hannity doesn't like Obama, nor does he like very many people. Olbermann hates most people.

For the record I like ketchup, mustard and mayo on my burgers.

I always thought it just tasted better that way but maybe it means I am politically confused.

I'm pretty sure political biases are based on what a person has on their hamburger.

I believe Olbermann hates more than just conservatives. Hannity hates a lot of people but I believe Olbermann hates more. Not as many as Michael Savage or Maureen Dowd but more than Hannity.
