Yep... I for one, have been wondering when...
It's official... Management at the NBC affiliate in Birmingham Alabama, has told what's left of the staff, that reporters will shoot and photogs will report.
They will be "Video Journalists"... not "One Man Bands".
I'm sure it wont be long before it catches on at my station as well. Heck... I've always wanted to report!!!

You're right... there is no difference.
I found it funny in that was said in the announcement... I wonder if management
thought that it would make it somehow easier to swallow...???

In my experience, photogs almost always make better VJs than reporters
