Resume' tape questions

It's been awhile since I made one of these.

Unfortunately, I've been off-air for awhile and was never very good about saving things anyway, so some of my better recent stuff has time code running at the bottom of the air work(it's not huge, but obviously noticeable). Are news directors OK about that or is that something to be avoided at all costs?

VHS still the preferred format, I guess?

Avoid time code, if you can. Just not professional looking.

A few stations will still want VHS. Most are DVD these days. Be sure you check with each station where you're sending a resume video.
