"Live Shot" Fan Will Not Go Away

I didn't know Forrest Gump had a cousin. What gets me is how the floor crew pushes the guy around.

Love it.
Although, I don't know that it was necessary for the guy to be pushed away. He was just standing there looking like a nob. And if you're going to push him away, push him out of frame.
Given all the things that could go wrong doing a live shot at the county fair, this was pretty tame. I love the expression on the guy's face, though.

And whoever was shooting that could've sure framed up to lose the geek.

Find it hard to believe that it is real. Who is the guy in the headset? Field producer? And why would he push the guy into the shot and not out of the shot?
