The NCAA coaches recognize winners when they see them.
Note that five of the top fourteen teams are from the nation's greatest football conference.
The Big 12 rocks.
And Tripe, your team was in there too.
It is easy roll up victories playing in a weak sister Big Least.
Isn't that a basketball conference anyway?

Ralphie,
I disheartens me to see you struggle to find something positive about a poll that completely ignored your little Community College of Boulder. It must really hurt to realize your Prairie Turds are but an afterthought in the world of Big 12 football (and remind me, who beat the Big 12 CHAMPION just last January??? Oh, Yes... that would be WVU!).
You are so blinded by your homerism, you don't even realize that this thread should be slugged "SEC Football Dominance is Recognized"
But you keep your chin up. You'll need as much optimism as you can muster, because in just a little over a month, your team will get stomped on by the MOUNTAINEERS!

We shall see if your bravado is as strong the day after your visit to Boulder, my friend.

Just because your no-laundry-doin' son happens to attend the Tampa School for Shrimp Fishing and Motel Management doesn't mean you can talk trash on WVU. And the fact that you can't name more than 2 starters on the Bulls without using google is another reason you need to stick to topics about ECP's tiny penis and Dyck tiny wit.

They have to prove themselves in the very tough Sun Belt conference.

Where are my Georgia Bulldogs? Yes, NUMBER ONE! I don't know how long we'll be able to hang on to it, as difficult as the SEC is, but I'll enjoy it as long as I can.
And the SEC has 3 of the top 6! (edited to correct to 3 of top 6 instead of 3 of top 5)
GO DAWGS!!!

Well, they couldn't retain the native American tie-in so they went with a native species.

Jayhawks sail into Tampa Sept. 12th. If USF wins that one (which I doubt) then they'll be ranked.

The SEC takes bigger craps than the Big 12. Debate all you want...the numbers tell you that the SEC is the best conference bottom line. And thats difficult to say being in ACC country. The ACC can boast having fairly high SAT/ACT scores, and thats about it.

SAT scores??? At Miami? Fla State? Clemson? NC State? Maryland?
Duke MAYBE... UNC Perhaps... UVA... I wouldn't be surprised.
Oh, I agree SEC is great... but last time WVU played the SEC champs we beat the living snot out of them!

You know, Newbie, it's so interesting -- I found I couldn't sleep last night, so, in order to pass the time, I started to make a list of things that annoy me more than you. Anyway, I came up with people who call Wednesdays "hump day" and, of course, all Sandra Bullock movies.
