She said she drove there with her kids, who went swimming with other mothers and children who were also present.

She was trying to get a story, and she figured she'd wear a bikini, maybe put Stebic at ease. She stepped over the line.

Do other people do it? You bet. The young female reporter who bats her eyes at the night guy at the coroner's office does the same thing in a lot of markets. I have an issue with them, too. The difference is, they didn't get caught. With video. In a bikini.
