Is a disaster. It's become a joke. Who cares about any of it? It wasn't that long ago that the Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, etc. actually meant something.

Hawaii???(God Bless Them) and Georgia??? Are you kidding me?

Wake me when it is over....like when the Chico's Bail Bonds Bowl decides the national championship.

The Earth continues to spin off its axis

The best two games were on at the same time.

Michigan vs Florida was good, but the Texas Tech comeback over Virginia was also very compelling.

I was flipping between the two like a madman.

Wisconsin/Tennessee was entertaining.

I'm hoping the OSU/LSU game will be entertaining as well... of course, I won't be too disappointed if OSU blows out LSU. It won't happen, but I'm just saying I won't be upset if it does. ;-)

I agree with both of those. Not just because I'm a Michigan fan and they won, but that was a really fun game. Back and forth action with a lot of spectacular plays.

Georgia vs. Hawaii... my god, I thought that game was never going to end. That had to be one of the most boring games I've ever watched. It was made worse when Georgia was up like 40 points in the 3rd quarter and they threw the challenge flag on a Hawaii first down and it took the ref about 30 minutes to figure it out.

USC vs. Illinois was embarrassing. West Virginia killed Oklahoma. And yet they still feed the tripe that these big BCS bowl games are suppose to mean something? Yeah, lopsided blowouts. Meanwhile, a national contender in Missouri gets stuck against a totally overwhelmed Arkansas.

There's so many bowl games these days that if you DON'T make a bowl, there's something really wrong with your team. Now, if these were the opening round games of, oh, I don't know... a PLAYOFF... and we got USC vs. West Virginia the next week, then I could live with it.

Agreed the Georgia-Hawaii game was difficult to watch. The Hawaii o-line obviously was vastly overmatched. Poor Colt Brennan was running for his life before he could even take a 3-step drop nearly every play.

I loved the Florida/Michigan game and the Purdue/Central Michigan game. Both were extremely entertaining.

The Sugar Bowl and Rose Bowl tied for ugliness. Georgia was on a different planet compared to Hawai'i. USC was miles ahead of Illinois. It was like they were toying with them and once Illinois punched them in the face, the Trojans showed them who's the boss.

App State over Michigan....oh wait, not a bowl game but still like to rub Michigans' collective face in it!! GO APP!

As far as the relevant games go, Kansas beating Virginia Tech was pretty good. Hawaii's loss to Georgia meanwhile was just brutal. But as I mentioned elsewhere, when it's made clear that your opponent's gonna get the 1st Down, even when a yard short of it, you don't have a chance to start with.

I resemble that remark.

Best: Motor City Bowl. Who knew Detroit could offer that much excitement outside of being mugged, car jacked, or murdered.

Worse: Cotton Bowl. Not only was the game lame but the team in the both sucked more than the Razorbacks. Thank goodness a great hockey game aired at the same time on a different channel.

I hate the new system. I'd rather see a playoff and if that doesn't happen, I'd just rather they go back to the old bowl system. I'm not a huge college football fan, but I used to get into the New Year's Day bowl games.

Tradition. The Cotton Bowl, The Rose Bowl, The Sugar Bowl, The Orange Bowl and the Fiesta Bowl. The games meant something, The rivalries were great.

For the last two years, I forgot the Championship Game was on until midway in the second half. It sucks.

The best thing I've heard on sports talk radio: "This was the best season ever in college football. It was incredible and exciting. The post season was just the opposite. Boring and awful."
