I am still a bit confussed to the process.
Check is in and ready to take test.

How do i choose the proctor and get test.

Yes I can goto NWA site, but I the people on here are so smart they could help.

Anyone know any proctors in the NYC, tri-state area. How long does the test take, or how long are you allowed.

You can use a professor/school teacher/ employee at the local NWS office...I used a preacher/pastor...not even from my church...just a neighbor... All acceptable...Write a letter to the NWA saying you're ready for the exam, who you're proctor is, their contact information...they will then get back to you about the process...they will send the test to your proctor. You two set up a time to take it, then the proctor sends it back...

I used the local library. A lot of times they have free proctors that will administer the test too.

Do you (or should you) pay the proctor?

A couple of years ago when I took my test, I had a local high school principal administer the test. They are usually more than willing.

I paid the college 10 bucks, had to. They were really good, helping me out, communicating with NWA.

NWA process was very quick, everything expedited efficiently.
