I would bet there is a producer opening at this station today. This is what happens when you hire producers straight out of high school in an effort to save a buck.

Ouch! According to the story the producer proposed the story but who approved it? Seems that more then one person failed to check out the 'facts'. Heck they aired the darn thing twice!

Just like WJZ to run it is a breaking news story too. What a joke that station is. I hope Richards and his attorney sue them.

There is lazy, and then there is this. Did they get their lead story from The Onion?

Since cutbacks are quite the conversation right now, this would fall under the category of self-imposed lay off. The managers don't even have to worry about debating who they should eliminate.
