OMB resume tapes

Hey everyone, I need a little advice. My contract at my first job is FINALLY up. I'm putting my tape together and my photography is the weakest part of it. It's not bad, but I one-man-band and I'm a better reporter than photog. Will NDs hold this against me as I go for reporting jobs only in bigger markets?

Also, many know I posted months back about my newsroom. Nothing's better y'all, I'm just trying to stay positive. One of my coworkers complained to HR about harassment and now she's being punished by management. It's terrible. Everyone is the punching bag for a few weeks. I can't wait to leave.

Well, I wouldn't put that you do your own photography if you think it's not good.

Most ND's will look for writing and storytelling skills and might assume that the shooter in the small market shooting for you wasn't very polished.
