Finally! A job offer! But should I take it?

As some of you know, I'm "on the beach." Unfortunately, it's not a real beach because then it would suck less.

But anyway -- I had a great conversation with a station for a newscast producing gig.

I'm a little worried, however, about the contract the GM spun off the mimeograph machine.

I'm not sure if I should turn it in -- though it has been a while since I've been in the job market, so maybe things like these employment contracts have changed and this is now the norm.

Whaddya'll think? Sign it or walk?
