I am looking to relocate from a medium market station to Nashville (I have family moving there and want to be near them). I'm wondering if anyone has worked there and can give me some details. What are they shooting on, what's the photog turnover like, what's the pay scale? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Well WKRN is doing the VJ thing. Not sure how you'd like that.

I noticed they are doing that. I see that they have an opening for a VJ, as well as a photog? Do you think I'm safe to assume that since they are listed separately that the photog is a photog in the general sense of the word?

The photog is being hired in case the VJ breaks down. It's always good to have a back-up.

Word is that Nashville photog slots (not VJ) have a very low rate of turnover.
