it's a losing battle that women like Visser fight.

it's like they're afraid that the bosses will replace them with someone 25 and hot.

but Visser's what, 60?
no matter how good a facelift it is, it's not gonna make her 25 again.

According to her bio (http://www.leadingauthorities.com/24267/Lesley_Visser.htm) on the Leading Authorities Speakers Bureau site, she had a jogging accident in 1993 (fell face first on the pavement) and had facial reconstructive surgery.

I haven't had a chance to see her on the air lately. Is she looking that bad?

but my point is: if the bosses are going to go that route, there's no facelift that can save the older woman anyway.
