I know there are often local companies which provide aircheck copies, and I've seen TV Clip Finder, which provides airchecks for some markets. But does anyone know of any other media recording companies who could provide an aircheck that's two months old?
I've got the uncle of a fallen soldier who wants a copy of a story I did on his nephew in late May... And I'm running out of luck finding a copy of that show.

we keep our airchecks a year, plus this market has three clip services. I don't know what to tell ya.

Maybe Bacon's or Cison?

Really, your station should have that air check. I believe that the 1 year hold is pretty basic and if y'all don't do that then maybe it is time to start! Is the story only archived?

First, go ask Master Control if they have the copy(that's who I recently asked for a dub that was a little old). They should at least put you in the right direction. But that could let a cat out of the bag, so to speak, if you're trying to keep it a secret. ;) Hope you get the copy... smile.gif
