Any info concerning Santa Barbara would be great. IE> Station KEYT City of SB, other local sttions.

KEYT probably has the most beautiful location of any TV station in the country besides SF. Of course, they also pay in sunshine.

To work there, you'd have to live about 30 miles away since it's some of the most expensive real estate in America.

And there seem to be some issues about the ownership, which I can't comment about from personal knowledge.

Real close to LA, if you wanna push on doors 100 miles south.

Some great surf spots and killer beach volleyball courts.

Grandparents lived there. When my grandfather died my grandma sold the house and literally lived off that money for over 15 years. No joke about the price of real estate out there. But it's a beautiful area. I can't imagine trying to live there on a newsie's salary though... that'd be like working at burger king while living in Waikiki.
